6) Due to the extensive organization and limited capacity involved with our activities, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to
compensate for costs and lost revenue. Once a booking is made the following cancellation fees will apply:
(a) Cancellations or amendments for non-group bookings (a non-group booking is equal to or less than 2 guests in a single
booking):
a. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to tour departure: eligible for deposit refund.
b. Cancellations made under 48 hours prior to tour departure: not eligible for refund.
(b) Cancellations or amendments for group bookings prior to tour departure (a group is greater than 2 guests in a single
booking)
a. Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to tour departure are eligible for 100% refund.
b. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to tour departure is eligible for 50% refund.
c. Cancellations made within 24 hours tour departure will be 100% charges and not eligible for refund.
(c) If you fail to join the experience or leave it prior to its completion, no refund can be made.
(d) We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance that will cover you in case of unforeseen
circumstances that prevent you from joining your scheduled experience. We will be more than happy to provide
evidence to your insurance company if you were unable to join us.
(e) If an experience is not able to commence due to inclement weather, a full refund or alternate booking date will be
offered.
(f) No refunds will be given in the circumstances or in the event of any reasonable delay, curtailment or alteration of a
flight resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. Components of trips are
weather dependent, and the Company cannot be held liable if trip components are not available on the day of travel.
7) Either party may terminate this agreement in its entirety with prior written notice within 30 days of the requested termination
date. If any terms or conditions contained within this agreement are breached, the responding party shall have the opportunity
to terminate this agreement. Upon the termination of this travel agency agreement all bookings in process will become void.
8) The Travel Agent hereby acknowledges they may become aware of information Paramotor Desert Adventure Aviation Club may
deem as confidential including but not limited to the content of this agreement, sale dates, special rate changes and availability.
Any information listed as confidential by the Provider shall remain private whether during the continuance of the Agreement or
at any time thereafter and will not be made publicly available by the Travel Agent.
9) Although the Provider has taken reasonable steps to provide our guests with a safe experience, certain risks are inherent in each
activity and cannot be eliminated without destroying their unique character. These inherent risks can be the cause of loss of or
damage to equipment, accidentally injury, and illness or in extreme cases, permanent trauma or death. The Provider disclaims
responsibility for the activities its clients choose to participate in, and these clients accept full responsibility for risks identified
herein and any inherent risks not specifically identified. Any participation in any activity is purely voluntary and is at the sole
election of the participant in spite of and with full knowledge of the inherent risks. You agree to take all prudent measures in
relation to your own safety while on experience tour including, but not limited to, the proper use of safety devices (including
seatbelts, harnesses and/or flotation devices) and obeying all verbal or written warnings regarding health and safety. The
Provider is not liable for loss or damages caused by your failure to comply with safety instructions or warnings.
10) All pick up and drop off locations, meeting points and times published are an estimate only and are subject to change at short
notice due to external factors such as road closures, traffic, adverse weather conditions and mechanical breakdown.
11) For Paramotor experience, children and adults under 140 cm of height and over 110 kg of weight are not permitted due to

safety concerns.
12) Pregnant woman are not allowed for the tour.
13) Alcohol and drugs are expressly forbidden according to local law and any guest can be refused access to the paramotor
experience at the discretion of the Pilot/Guide, without refund, if suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
14) The Provider has the right to refuse to carry a guest whose behavior is detrimental to the enjoyment of other guests. By hiring
services with the Provider, you agree to accept the authority of the Pilot/Guide and accept their decisions. Our staff are entitled
to a safe working environment and our guests to a great experience. Any threats to safety, being physical or verbal, or
inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the trip. If a Pilot/Guide requires a guest to leave the experience, no refunds
will be given, and that guest will be responsible for their own travel costs and arrangements from that point.
15) Company has an insurance of combined single limit AED 2,000,000/- per aircraft per accident with Passenger Legal Liability Sub
limit AED 400,000/- per passenger
